Mary Snow
Client Success Director
Messaging Master
Mary’s been building and fostering relationships her entire life. Growing up in a military family, she moved often, learning how to strike up a conversation with almost anyone about almost anything. It’s a skill that serves her well in her job at Estland. As our Client Success Director, she helps clients navigate the marketing process to strategically meet their goals while keeping projects on track and within scope.
Mary was born in Virginia and moved to Belgium when she was two. She attended a French-speaking preschool and became an expert in ordering une baguette from the local bakery. She then lived in South Dakota for several years before returning to Northern Virginia for middle and high school. During her school years, Mary was a Girl Scout, avid backpacker and rowed Varsity Crew. During her senior year of high school, she earned her Gold Award, the highest award in Girl Scouting.
As an avid reader and writer, it seemed natural for Mary to study English and history at James Madison University. After graduating, she spent a decade running a local kitchen and bath showroom, where she fine-tuned her customer service and project management skills. Managing hundreds of remodels with different budgets and timelines has proven to be an invaluable skill that helps her better serve our clients.
I love getting to know our clients better, so that I can guide them to marketing strategies that drive growth for their business.
As a child, Mary dreamed of traveling the world and immersing herself in other cultures to learn their unique stories. While she doesn’t have to travel far while working from home, she considers it a privilege to help clients bring their stories to life with comprehensive marketing that works.
In her free time, Mary enjoys hiking BearFence Rock Scramble with her family, cooking up a delicious roast chicken dinner and traveling abroad by binge-watching House Hunters International.
