Sales Associate

Estland is a rapidly growing full-service marketing firm located in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. We specialize in corporate branding, web development, marketing strategies, and digital advertising. Our clients range from small local businesses, to large national corporations, and we help them achieve their marketing goals and establish a strong online presence.

You will engage with potential clients to drive business for our marketing services which primarily involve web design, web development, graphic design and digital advertising. You will source leads, identify potential clients, pinpoint their needs, pitch appropriate solutions, and secure new business. Additionally, you will engage with local community organizations to build strong relationships that will result in new leads. If you are a motivated salesperson with a passion for helping clients achieve their goals, this position is a great fit.

  • Identifying and pursuing potential clients via phone, email, virtual presentations and in-person meetings
  • Conducting market research to identify new opportunities
  • Sourcing and following up on leads
  • Developing strategies to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Communicating the value of Estland’s marketing services
  • Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Attending events to expand our network and generate leads
  • Collaborating with internal teams on strategy and hand-off
  • Preparing customized proposals and presentations
  • Maintaining detailed records of client interactions and sales
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
  • Providing regular reports on sales performance and client feedback
  • Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Responding to inquiries quickly and professionally

Skills:

  • Experience in client-facing sales role
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to maintain rapport and excellent client relationships
  • Familiarity with web development, graphic design and other related marketing services
  • Organized, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple leads
  • Self-motivated and productive even without direct supervision
  • Proficiency with CRM software

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated experience in sales, preferably within marketing company or similar business
  • Experience developing proposals and delivering sales presentations
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Familiarity with digital marketing services is a plus

Job Type: Full Time

Schedule: 8 hours/day; Monday through Friday

Work Location:

  • Applicants must live in or around Harrisonburg, VA.
  • Applicant may work from home, but may also use office at our Harrisonburg, VA location.
  • Occasional travel required.
