Position Overview
In the role of a Project Manager at Estland, your primary responsibility will be to offer comprehensive project management support to our team across various domains, including web design, marketing campaigns, and digital advertising. Success in this position hinges on your exceptional attention to detail and adeptness in overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
You will play a pivotal role in guiding the project lifecycle, ensuring that our work is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Your expertise in project management and strategic thinking will be crucial in driving the success of our projects and meeting our clients’ objectives.

Your Tasks Will Include
- Support the execution of project marketing tasks from client onboarding through final contract execution.
- Collaborate with teams across departments ensuring smooth transitions between project task handoffs.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their project requirements, objectives, and target markets and translate them into actionable project plans.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
- Manage project contracts, project scope and create project estimates and addendums.
- Conduct regular project evaluations and provide ongoing professional development opportunities for the team.
- Help improve company processes and documentation.
- Maintain a strong understanding of current project management best practices, methodologies, and emerging technologies in the digital marketing industry, and ensure that our projects remain efficient and effective.
Skills & Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar leadership role within a marketing agency or related industry.
- Extensive portfolio showcasing a strong track record of successful project management in web design, marketing campaigns, and digital advertising.
- In-depth knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Monday.com.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire creative professionals.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate project requirements and progress to clients and team members.
- Exceptional project management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage resources efficiently.
- A strategic mindset with a deep understanding of branding, marketing strategies, and digital advertising trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Requirements:
- BFA/BA/BS or equivalent working experience
- Past experience directing projects within the marketing industry
- 10+ years of experience
