Position Overview
As a Marketing Assistant at Estland, you will help our Marketing Director drive strategic marketing initiatives for our clients across many industries. Your role will encompass low-to-mid-level marketing strategy development, expert project management and attentive account management, ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns that exceed client expectations.

Your Tasks Will Include
- Support the development of marketing campaigns and sales strategies tailored to the unique needs of clients across various industries
- Assist the Marketing Director and Estland team in executing marketing projects from conception to completion
- Assist in the writing of campaign and market reports
- Help organize and oversee promotional events like tradeshows, expos, etc.
- Communicate clearly with clients both verbally and in writing to build trust and foster strong relationships
- Manage concurrent projects seamlessly to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards
- Collaborate with the Estland team to ensure smooth and efficient transitions between project phases

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and robust note taking skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Strategic thinker with an understanding of business needs and data analysis
- Well-organized with the ability to work on multiple projects at once
- Self-starter with an eagerness to learn and expand skill sets
- Bonus points for experience working in an agency environment, using project management software and Google Workspace
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Schedule: 8 hours/day; Monday through Friday
Work Location:
- Remote work with the occasional in-person meeting or team-building activity in Harrisonburg as requested.
- Option to work in office at our Harrisonburg, VA location.
