Position Overview
As a Creative Director at Estland, you will be responsible for providing creative direction, vision, and leadership to our team in the areas of web design, marketing campaigns, and digital advertising.
You will play a pivotal role in guiding the creative process, ensuring that our work is visually appealing, engaging, and aligned with our clients’ brand identities. Your expertise and strategic thinking will be crucial in driving the success of our projects and meeting our clients’ objectives.

Your Tasks Will Include
- Lead and manage a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and implement creative strategies and concepts for web design, marketing campaigns, and digital advertising, ensuring they align with clients’ goals and target audiences.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their brand identities, marketing objectives, and target markets, and translate them into effective creative solutions.
- Oversee the creation and execution of visual assets, including website designs, landing pages, social media graphics, email campaigns, and other digital marketing materials.
- Maintain a strong understanding of current design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the digital marketing industry, and ensure that our work remains innovative and cutting-edge.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
- Manage contract deliverables and create project addendums as needed.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing professional development opportunities for the creative team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and enhance our creative offerings.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure content consistency and alignment across all marketing efforts.
Skills & Requirements
Skills:
- Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar leadership role within a marketing agency or related industry.
- Extensive portfolio showcasing a strong track record of successful web design, marketing campaigns, and digital advertising projects.
- In-depth knowledge of design principles, visual aesthetics, and creative techniques, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire creative professionals.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate and sell creative ideas to clients and team members.
- Exceptional project management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage resources efficiently.
- A strategic mindset with a deep understanding of branding, marketing strategies, and digital advertising trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Requirements:
- BFA/BA/BS or equivalent working experience
- Past experience directing projects within the marketing industry
- 10+ years of experience
