Position Overview
As a Content Writer at Estland, you will be responsible for creating and implementing content strategies that drive brand awareness, generate leads and foster engagement across various digital channels.
You will collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand their objectives, target markets, and brand identities to develop compelling and relevant long form and short form content. Your expertise in content creation, storytelling, and digital marketing will be instrumental in delivering high-quality content that aligns with our clients’ goals.

Your Tasks Will Include
- Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies that align with clients’ marketing objectives and target audiences.
- Write clear, engaging and informative content for blogs, newsletters, press releases, brochures and other long form media.
- Write dynamic and engaging short form content for various social media and ad platforms.
- Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitors, and target audience preferences to inform content strategies.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their brand identity, target markets, and content needs.
- Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility and drive traffic to client websites.
- Manage content calendars, ensuring timely and consistent content production and distribution.
- Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of content strategies and make data-driven optimizations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging content marketing techniques to continuously improve content strategies and deliver innovative solutions.
Skills & Requirements
Skills
- Proven experience as a writer or similar role in a marketing agency or related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of content, including blog articles, social media posts, website copy, and other digital marketing materials.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt writing style to different audiences and platforms.
- Solid understanding of content marketing principles, SEO best practices, and digital marketing trends.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and experience in publishing and managing content on various platforms.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and develop innovative content ideas.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams and clients.
Requirements
- BFA/BA/BS or equivalent working experience
- Portfolio of writing and content marketing work
- 5+ years of experience with short form and long form content
