Shreckhise Landscape & Design
For three generations Shreckhise Landscape & Design has enhanced and enriched our Shenandoah Valley landscape. Jim & Trent Shreckhise partnered with Estland to transform their entire brand and online experience, positioning them for increased success in a digital world.
Transitioning To The Next Generation
With a significant customer base in the Shenandoah Valley, it was a top priority that the Shreckhise Landscape & Design re-brand stayed true to its roots and remained familiar to hundreds of existing customers. Passing the company down to the new generation required Shreckhise to rename their company. Jim Shreckhise Landscape became Shreckhise Landscape & Design. Estland guided the Shreckhise family through a transformation of their brand and marketing strategy, resulting in a clean, modern look and feel that more closely represented their identity as a fresh and innovative company.
Estland transformed Shreckhise by refreshing the branding (logo, shirts hats, truck wraps, etc.), focusing their core message through written content, and providing a new visual experience through photography and videos.
Logo Design
Staying Fresh With A New Logo
The new Shreckhise logo provided the foundation for an entire re-brand. The font’s gentle edges convey warmth and hospitality while the color choice is vibrant and a reflection of nature. The leaf and “S” icon – symbolic of both growth, landscape and Shreckhise – visually ties the company name to the business’s core services and leaves a strong, lasting image in the viewer’s mind. Soft lines and fluid movement are the perfect touch of modern for a company that creates seamless, organic and artistic landscapes.
Merchandise Design
Rounding Out The Re-Brand
Brand consistency across all platforms is incredibly important. Once the new logo was finalized we began designing all supporting marketing assets. By creating all new shirts and hats, vehicle graphics and building signs, we helped Shreckhise put a fresh face on a brand that engages hundreds of customers every day.

Visualizing The Father Son Transition
The transition from Jim Shreckhise Landscape to Shreckhise Landscape & Design was a huge step for the Shreckhise family. Jim had been the face of the company for over 30 years and it was time to begin to transition to feature Jim’s son, Trent. Warm head shots of the father and son duo are used throughout their marketing efforts to strengthen the new brand awareness and introduce Trent to future customers. Estland developed a new tagline, “Grow With Jim & Trent” to assist in a smooth transition allowing Jim’s name to remain in the brand until he is ready to retire.
